Cool LiteRunner-ECO
-
PC/104 Single Board Computer - Intel Atom Z5xx, 1.1 GHz / 1.6 GHz
The Cool LiteRunner-ECO is a standard PC/104 form factor carrier board for the CoreExpress®-ECO Advanced COM modules. The CoreExpress®-ECO Advanced COM module is used as processing core, which is available with the Z510 or Z530 variant of the processor. This keeps the power consumption low and allows for passive cooling, using either a heat sink or a heat spreader/heat pipe combination. The board comes with an interesting combination of interfaces. Among these are two Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 SATA and 7 USB interfaces. It also features legacy interfaces like flexibly configurable serial ports, LPT and PS2, as well as 8 general purpose I/O signal pins that can be freely configured by the application. Multi-media capabilities are provided with VGA and LVDS display connections and high definition audio interfaces, both digital and analog. A μSD slot is available, which support bootable media; this eases software development and update -- only a tiny SD card needs to be changed. Even WLAN can be integrated, using the standard PCI Express Mini-Card slot. The Cool LiteRunner-ECO uses LiPPERT Enhanced Management Technology (LEMT) to handle the boards housekeeping tasks like power sequencing and watchdog. It also provides useful utility functions for the application, like a secure, write and clear protected Flash area that can be used for security keys, or several operation mode counters. LEMT also enables remote condition monitoring.

Cool LiteRunner-ECO: Downloads
We support our customers with BIOS binaries and all kinds of drivers for our embedded X86 boards. Usually, there's at least support for Windows and Linux. Some selected boards are also supported with drivers for real time operating systems.Check the table state below for the list of drivers and the current BIOS version. Please contact our support if the required driver is not listed on this web site.
BIOS loader To burn the BIOS binary into your module's Flash PROM, there is a universal loader program available that works with most of our single bard computers. This tool requires DOS to run.
BIOS Modifications You need a special function integrated in your embedded PC's BIOS? We can customize the standard BIOS to match exactly your requirements! Please check with us about the possibilities and a quote.
