The Windows CE BSP allows Microsoft's embedded operating system to boot directly from a harddisk. The otherwise necessary intermediate step to DOS is not required, which cuts the boot time noticeably. The BSP covers all functions of the CoreExpress-ECO. This includes 1280x800 graphics output on LVDS, audio, Ethernet, serial interfaces, USB, and SD card support. Full documentation, describing installation and operation with various IDE devices is included. CoreExpress®-ECO, with Intel® Atom™ processor, is the smallest Advanced Computer in Module (Advanced COM) on the market. Weighting only 28 grams, it measures just 58 mm x 65 mm. The corresponding evaluation kit contains everything required to quickly build a working prototype. There is a CoreExpress-ECO module mounted on a carrier board, a LCD panel, a power supply, and full documentation. LiPPERT also offers support for development of application specific carrier boards.
Project pricing is available on request.
