CoreExpress®-ECO Evaluation Kit now features Windows CE Board Support Packages

LiPPERT's Advanced Computer on Module CoreExpress-ECO now has full Windows CE 6.0 software support. The evaluation kit is available with a Board Support Package, especially tailored to support Microsoft's embedded operating system.

Rugged PC/104-Plus Module features LX800 Processor, Solid State Disk

With a powerful yet efficient processor, soldered RAM and 2 GB Solid State Disk, the Cool SpaceRunner-LX800 board is especially well equipped for rough environments. Consuming only a mere five watts, the module does not even need active cooling.

The Cool SpaceRunner-LX800 is designed for applications running in adverse environmental conditions. The PC/104-Plus processor module is qualified for ambient temperatures from -40 °C…+85 °C without requiring active cooling. With the integrated Solid State Disk (SSD), systems without any moving and wearing parts can be built.

The Thunderbird-E3100 uses Intel's server chipset 3100 to support up to 8 gigabytes registered ECC RAM, thus lending itself especially for usage in mission critical applications.

The Thunderbird-E3100 combines the Intel Core 2 Duo processor with the Intel 3100 chipset. This chipset unites server-class memory and IO controller functions in a single integrated circuit. For the first time, this makes such functions available for embedded systems.They make the Thunderbird-E3100 especially suited for communications and storage devices.

The Cool RoadRunner-Atom with Intel N270 processor

LiPPERT Embedded Computers presents a new processor board using the Intel Atom. With 1.6 GHz, up to 2 GB RAM and 2 GB Solid State Disk, the board is particularly suitable for mobile embedded systems with lowest power consumption.

With the Cool RoadRunner-Atom, LiPPERT presents a PC/104-Plus board with very low power requirements. The used Intel Atom N270 processor is clocked at 1.6 GHz supports Hyper-Threading and features a thermal design power (TDP) of just 2.5 watts. The board can be equipped with a maximum of 2 GB soldered down DDR2 RAM.

CoreExpress®-ECO Advanced Computer on Module supports the QNX real time operating system

LiPPERT's Intel Atom-based advanced COM module CoreExpress-ECO now also offers support for the real time operating system QNX and open up new possibilities for embedded PC applications.

The CoreExpress-ECO is the smallest advanced computers on module (Advanced COM) available on the market. With a weight of just about 28 grams, it only measures 58 mm x 65 mm.
