LiPPERT offers support contracts for its customers. These contracts cover software installation and configuration, driver installation, driver modification, and much more, as required. Moreover, they guarantee short support response times and direct contact to the developers.

 

There are three levels of these qualified support contracts, Gold, Silver, and Bronze as shown in the table. These offer different service levels, depending on the customer's needs. The details of these contracts are laid out in the table below.
